Do thongs cause infections?

ANSWER

The skinny strip of fabric probably isn't to blame for a yeast infection, but wearing a thong when you have one might add to your misery. It can ride up and rub against irritated skin around your vagina.

Tight clothing and panties made of nylon will make you more likely to get a yeast infection.
